At Zona Z Boutique Hotel, we know a thing or two about what guests want when it comes to accommodations, after-all we did own and manage Puerto Vallarta’s Number 1 Rated Bed & Breakfast for two consecutive years.

With this said, we have designed 8 unique and finely appointed guest suites and as well 1 bi-level townhouse suite. We have taken every measure to ensure that your suite and stay with us is as comfortable and care-free as being in your own home. Afterall, Nuestra Casa es su Casa or in other words, Our House is your House!

For those who are concerned about our health and safety protocols given the current climate, please note that all associates have completed extensive training in the increased cleaning and sanitization protocols of not only all suites, but as well all common areas of the property. Strict adherence is observed by our staff on the guidelines that have been published by both CDC and WHO agencies. We are pleased to mention that Zona Z Boutique Hotel has also received certification from local state regulators on the health and safety protocols we have taken to ensure that our guests always remain healthy and safe during their stay.

Z Suites

Equipped with modern baths as well as all other suite amenities which include plush king bed mattresses, our standard suites will have you singing from your private balcony on a moment’s notice.

Z Luxe Suites

We are putting the Z in Z-Luxe. Experience the comfort associated with our fully renovated suites which come complete with living area, kitchenette, plush king bed mattresses with fine Egyptian cotton sheets and bath towels, modern baths as well as private balconies that overlook the courtyard.

Z Bi-Level Townhouse Suite

With over 1,652 square feet of living space split between 2 levels, this 2 Bedroom / 3 Full Bath Townhouse Suite is perfect for 2 couples (or 4 persons) wishing to travel together. Touting an extra-large living space which comes complete with dining area and kitchen, the Townhouse Suite features 2 Bedroom’s, one with a King and one with a Queen size bed. Each bedroom has their own private full bath as well as balconies that overlook the properties private courtyard.
