Getting Here From The Airport

Upon your arrival at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, please exit the baggage claim area and proceed to one of the official taxi booths located inside the public area of the Arrivals Halls.  A ticket to the “Zona Romantica” area of downtown is approximately 350-400 pesos (Approximately $22. USD) which is the rate for up to 2 passengers.

Please note that the taxi ticket must be paid in cash and ATM’s are conveniently located near the taxi booths. Inform the taxi driver that you are going to Zona Z Boutique Hotel, located at Pino Suarez 574 in Zona Romantica which is also known as Old Town. The property is located next to the Signature Pinnacle Condominium.

Upon your arrival, our friendly and courteous staff will meet you and get you checked-in and will also provide you with both practical information, such as how to connect to the complimentary WIFI, as well as other information which we know you will find useful.

Check-In / Check-Out

For your convenience, check-in time is 3pm and check-out time 11am.

Upon arrival, guests will need to present both a photo ID and as well the credit card which was used to book and pay for your reservation. This is done primarily for verification and security purpose. Unfortunately, guests will not be able to make changes to their original forms of payment method once at the property.

Cancellation Policies

While we do not like to see anyone having to cancel their holiday plans, please note that the following cancellation policies would apply:

For reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to check-in date:

Full refund issued to guest minus a $50.00 USD service fee

For reservations cancelled 15 – 29 days prior to check-in date:

Guest is refunded 50% of total amount paid

For reservations cancelled 14 days or under prior to check-in date:

Non-refundable

Payment

Full pre-payment for your stay is due at time of booking. For your convenience, Zona Z Boutique Hotel accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card.

Unfortunately, no prepaid credit cards can be accepted.

In the event payment is declined at time of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, and a notification sent to guests from Zona Z management.
